Quick search

When you select ‘View …’ you will normally be presented with a Quick Search dialogue box.

For example, if you select ‘View Companies’ from the Companies menu, you will be asked:

Type in a Company name or Surname. Enterprise 6 will normally find a single company, or a small selection from which to choose by double-clicking.

OR

Type “a”. Enterprise 6 will list all the Companies beginning with the letter a.

OR

Click [Find]. Enterprise 6 will list all the Companies on the database.

If you click [More Choices] in the Quick Search dialogue box (or press <Command-M>/), you will be offered a more comprehensive Selection Criteria dialogue box (see below).
