What is the easiest way of sending standard or other letters singly?

If sending Standard letters individually, the easiest way is either to use the Documents menu from the Diary screen or the Single Letters function in the Word processing volume.

I logged on as a non-WP user and then changed access to gain WP facilities. When

4D does not allow users to change access in this way. If you wish to gain access to 4D Write, you must quit Enterprise 6 and reload.
