Use this function to view or modify any existing Price Table records. As is usual with Enterprise 6, selecting the function brings up a Quick Search dialogue box:
Clicking [Find] without entering any criteria will cause all Price Table records to be listed.
Clicking [More Choices] brings up the standard 4D Search window (more usually accessed via the ‘User Search’ item on the Functions menu of a Comprehensive Search (More Choices) dialogue).
Once the selection has been made, one of two things will happen:
• If a single Price Table item was found, and the View Always shows Lists check box in Preferences is switched off, that Price Table’s details will be displayed in full. See ‘Enter to Price Table’ above for details of this screen. Pressing [√] will confirm any modifications you make.
• If more than one Price Table item was found by the Criteria entered, or a single Price Table record was found and the View Always shows Lists check box in Preferences is switched on, those found will be displayed as a list. You may scroll forwards or backwards through this list using the vertical scroll bar, and to the left and right using the horizontal scroll bar. Double-click on a line to see further details or to modify that record.
