When purchasing additional licences, you will need to enter new license details to your Daybook system.Also Daybook licences have to be renewed. For 30 days prior to the expiry of your licence you will receive warning messages when logging in. When this happens you should contact the Daybook Support Team.
- When you receive new licence codes, follow the following procedure
- Log out all clients from the system
- Make a backup of your data file
- Log back in one user machine
- Go to the Core menu and select Update Licence (the system will bring up license entry screen)
- Leave the Name and Organisation fields as they are
- Enter the new licence and validation codes
- Click OK
- Quit from Daybook Enterprise
- Restart the server
- Get all your clients to log in - licence alert should disappear
Please note that when you go to Update Licence there is an option to create a temporary licence. Use this if you encounter unforeseen difficulties.
